Burnett Area Arts Group (B.A.A.G.) is a group for local artists and art advocates in and around Burnett County. The group gives support and inspiration to local artists and sponsors events promoting the art scene in Burnett County.
Meetings and a critique circle are held beginning at 5:00 p.m. on the first Monday of each month at the North Wind Arts Center in Siren, unless there is a holiday conflict. B.A.A.G. also sponsors a free painting group on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m., at North Wind Arts. Art events sponsored by B.A.A.G. regularly have make-and-take activities and artist demonstrations. Local art by B.A.A.G. members and other local artists is for sale, making these events a wonderful time to view local arts.
B.A.A.G. currently has over 30 active members. We invite any artist or art lover from northwestern Wisconsin to come to the meeting, become a member and/or display their art at sponsored events.
